[KCMs] Apply by double clicking on thumbnails in Appearance KCMs

Wael CH requested to merge waelch/plasma-workspace:apply_thumbnails_kcm_workspace into master

Double-clicking on a thumbnail in Colors KCM permits to select and apply selection immediately, whereas other similar KCMs don't have this option.

This commit adds this option (Double-click to save change) to these settings pages: Global Theme, Plasma Style, Icons and Cursors.
