Window title hack to ease OSD detection in kwin_wayland

Kevin Ottens requested to merge work/hack_for_early_detection_of_osd_windows_on_wayland into master

Due to timing issue (the plasma shell surface interface being known to kwin only too late), we're setting a special title to the OSD windows. This way kwin can pick that up and mark the window type properly. Especially important for window rules and placement processing within kwin which takes the wrong decision otherwise.
