Fix Spotify album art URL

Nicolas Ogris requested to merge einglasvollkakao/plasma-workspace:spotify_album_art into master

Spotify has changed album art url but still sends the old one to mpris. I've added a workaround for this that corrects the old url to the new one as mentioned here.
