sddm: Provide a configuration for SDDM Wayland sessions

Aleix Pol Gonzalez requested to merge work/sddm-wayland into master

It will simplify the deployments of SDDM and wayland together for Plasma-based systems.

Beyond these changes, it might make sense to extend what this setting does to install other files that may be necessary, like kiosk config files
