Use more semantically appropriate icons in the dialogs
In the past we switched to the lock icon because the Breeze
dialog-password icon looked bad. In retrospect this was probably not
the semantically correct thing to do, and we should have improved the
icon instead.
That's now been done in Breeze Icons, so we can switch back.
