Being plugged in doesn't mean that precious energy ought to go to waste! This commit makes the default "on AC power" profile suspend the system to RAM after 15 minutes of inactivity, or 7 for mobile--following the same desktop/mobile time ratio for the battery profile.
Test plan: Click the "Default" button in the powerdevil KCM while on the "on AC Power" tab
- Before: no sleep setting set by default
- After: sleep after 15 minutes by default
