Make PowerDevil compatible with the sound naming spec. See plasma-workspace#47.

The sound for when the battery reaches 100% uses outcome-success. That sound is present now in Oxygen and in the new Blue Ocean sound theme, however, it's not part of the spec, and if in the future Plasma supports 3rd-party sound themes it's likely they won't have a sound for that, neither will the freedesktop fallback sounds.
Do we keep it there since Plasma's own themes have it, do we replace it with power-plug or dialog-information, or do we simply remove the sound for this action altogether?
