Remove usage of DDCA_IO_ADL as upstream ddcutil doesn't support it any more

It got removed in https://github.com/rockowitz/ddcutil/commit/90e865b845757e39ba3c9960dc985e4839d82d33 and isn't present any more in a released version as of 2.0.0
