kcmodule: Add "Activities" as related settings page to GlobalConfig

Addresses the last remaining suggestion of:

BUG: 450275 (Merge Activity Power Settings into Activities KCM)

The Energy Saving KCM could also contain a shortcut to it to improve discoverability even more.
