Run Clang format on the sources

Tomaz Canabrava requested to merge tcanabrava/powerdevil:clang_format into master

Uses the kde clang-format style to run throught the codebase. The code had different styles all around and it's time we do this. The target is already set on the cmake, but aparently it's not run for quite a while.
