daemon/controllers/kwinbrightness: allow brightness control of screens in SDR mode

Depends on libkscreen!186 (merged). To actually make KWin expose this new capability though, we'll need to

  • make powerdevil ignore brightness control of other brightness controllers on Wayland
  • somehow give KWin access to the displays of those other brightness controllers
