applets/batterymonitor: Fix property names to show the right tool-tip text
Power profile holds by other applications should now be mentioned in the tool-tip instead of "System is in [Performance / Power Save] mode; scroll to change".
Almost too minor to even backport, not sure if this should be marked as cherry-pick to 6.1 or just go into master for 6.2.
