kcm: change labels for screen and keyboard brightness settings
For screen dim and turnoff on idle settings, explictly add "When inactive" and "After" to make it clearer that these setting are about idle timeout, and consistent with how we do it for idle suspend.
For screen and keyboard brightness on profile switch settings, change "Change" to "Set to", to make it hopefully slightly clearer that these setting are about what is set as the new permanent value when swichting profiles and not about idle timeout.
