Draft: ddcutildisplay: Try to open display several times on certain failures

The problem with failed ddca_open_display2 call has come back with 6.2 release. Probably because brightness trying to install right after wakeup from suspend.

We just getting back to this problem time to time. I'm patching powerdevil on every even release :)

We may consider using this "retry" approach, as we can't guarantee that the display will be ready when we want to access it.
