Make libkcupslib unversioned

libkcupslib is functionally a private implementation detail of print-manager, and nothing outside of print-manager actually links against it directly. Setting the version and soname on it therefore just generates useless noise for distributions that have integrated ABI scanning for packages and unnecessary diff changes to package manifests.
