Remove sounds from printer notifications

Guilherme Marçal Silva requested to merge raploz/print-manager:kf6-sounds into master

With plasma-workspace!2106 (merged) newly connected devices make sounds. Making sounds for new printers won't be necessary.

Tbh this was referencing a sound from KDE 3 era, so it didn't make any sounds anyway, but at least now 'Application Settings' under 'Notifications' in System Settings won't misleadingly show new printers should make a sound.
