plasmoid/kcm/apps: Use printer.info (Description) field for display
A good idea surfaced from the "what's next" issue: Let's use the user-definable printer description as the display for the printer/queue. This allows the user to have a friendly name that can be changed without the hassle of removing/re-adding a printer/queue. Do this for both the plasmoid and the kcm.
In addition, let's change configure-printer and print-queue widget apps to follow suit with the display.
