Nate Graham requested to merge ngraham/sddm-kcm:cherry-pick-cursor-sync into Plasma/5.27

SDDM supports this; let's sync it.

This is a backport of the Plasma 6 bugfix of the same name, but without the string change that the original MR contained, so that it can be backported to Plasma 5.27.5. This makes the explanatory text slightly inaccurate since it will sync the cursor size without mentioning this, but that's probably better than not syncing it IMO.
