Don't try to add an image path which doesn't exist

Laurent Montel requested to merge work/dont_try_load_when_background_not_defined into master

Fix "qrc:/kcm/kcm_sddm/main.qml:174:13: QML QQuickImage*: Cannot open: file:///usr/share/sddm/themes/maya/"

Perhaps this theme is broken but background image is not defined => it tries to load file:///usr/share/sddm/themes/maya/
