Mark risky KNS content

Nate Graham requested to merge ngraham/sddm-kcm:mark-risky-kns-content into master

By design, SDDM themes can run arbitrary code on the system via Javascript and the Plasma excutable data engine. This makes them security-sensitive and risky, so we need to inform the user about it.
