Allow the user to have multiple instances of systemsettings if they desire This is to eliminate https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=421929 Currently with a recent change while having System Settings open

and opening another KCM externally from krunner, or the "Configure Network Connections" off the NetworkManager plasmiod, now it takes over the existing instance instead of opening a new window
