IconMode: Do not always open KCMs on single-click
requested to merge work/fusionfuture/BUG443858-do-not-always-open-on-single-click-in-icon-view into master
This causes unnecessary reloading of KCMs when clicking files or folders is set to open them.
This reverts !35 (merged).
