When systemsettings is launched in Icon Mode to open a specific KCM, switch to that KCM.

I didn't mark this as a cherry-pick out of caution, but it's been in master for a quite while without issues, and we still receive some bug reports about this (https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=455306), so the sooner it gets to the users the better I guess :)
