Add zsh completions for systemsettings, kinfocenter and kcmshell5

Not it suggests command line options (--something) and a lengthy list of installed KCM pages along with their descriptions. Using $service as a variable allows the script showing actually valid modules for each program: the list is quite limited for kinfocenter.

Note: it uses the new variable KDE_INSTALL_ZSHAUTOCOMPLETEDIR, which is to be added in ECM 5.101.
