Make more obvious that a KCM is parent of sub KCMs

Marco Martin requested to merge work/mart/categoryOwners into master

This introduces the possibility to represent a category, clicking on the category will open the kcm and show only the other kcms in that category but not the category owning kcm. clicking on the header of the submenu will open the category owning kcm again
