Draft: WIP: Wrap header text in the sidebar instead of eliding it

I noticed in another user's screenshot that long localized text was getting cut off. I set the language to Italian for testing, tried out latest git version, and text was getting elided instead of cut off.

Adds padding to the header and wraps the text instead of eliding it.

Issues:

  • The header separator line in the sidebar is no longer aligned with its counterpart in the KCM.
  • When the lines are aligned, the text in KCM header isn't vertically aligned. Screenshot_20210328_161529

Which is why this is marked WIP.
