Make some choices in the screen cast selection dialog easier to understand

Namely, rename "Full Workspace" to "All Screens", and "Allow restoring on future sessions" to "Allow automatically remembering your choice".

I don't think the second one is ideal either, but I think it gets the point across better (which is that you may not be prompted again next time, if the app actually reuses the token)
