Make the file chooser dialog consistent with plasma-integration

Fabian Vogt requested to merge work/fvogt/filedialogmargins into master

Instead of creating a QDialogButtonBox, use the buttons provided by KFileWidget directly and set it up exactly like plasma-integration does. This way it looks exactly like file dialogs in other applications.
