Do not display screenshot dialog if interactive is set to false

Hennadii Chernyshchyk requested to merge shatur/xdg-desktop-portal-kde:rework-non-interactive into master

Previously, the save dialog was displayed even if interactive = false was specified. Now, when this parameter is set, the screenshot will be saved automatically without the dialog. The PR implements this suggestion.
