Port XDP dialogs to use workspace components
This is not just about porting to QtQuick per se, but the dialogs @devinlin put together: https://invent.kde.org/plasma/plasma-workspace/-/tree/master/components/dialogs
So far it uses the most desktopy one because it's the one easier to port 1:1.
