!1 (merged) was superseded by upstream 3eaed3d6 Make location-labs-plugin depend on features.opengl which was reverted in 5.15.11, reintroducing https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTBUG-101765

Should be conditional on "features.opengl", not on "config.opengl"
