Backport fixes from Qt6 dev branch

This backports 4b2bdce3 (Set PLUGIN_CLASS_NAME in .pro files ) and 713bb697 (Set MODULE_VERSION to 6.0.0) for the Qt5 kde/5.15 branch.

I'm submitting these on behalf of z3ntu who authored these patches which are currently in the Alpine Linux packaging as I think they'd be rather beneficial for everyone who wants to build and use these Qt5 components.
