Export axis and trigger SVGs, explicit width/height and add color

  • Axis and trigger SVGs are now exported like we already do for buttons
  • Make the root item an "Item" so we can apply ColorOverlay to the whole controller SVG
  • Use sourceSize for resizing the SVG nicely, so start putting in the explicit width/height of the image
