* Add a default donation banner
* show the recent files in an iconview with larger thumbnails.
* delete the drop here hint box was deleted: most websites don't allow drag and
drop this way, so it was confusing for most people.
* split the main toolbar up in main and edit, and hide the edit toolbar
as well as the brushes and stuff toolbar, but keep showing the main toolbar
with the new and open icons
