Previously, the "latest" directory was ambiguous. It was
not very clear what was its purpose in comparison with
"latest-by-phase" directory. After running kde-builder, in
"latest" directory the user could see many symlinks to
directories, and those included unrelated projects (i.e.
those projects that were not involved in the last run of
kde-builder were still presented there).

Also:
- Use "screen.log" file name instead of "build-log".
- Use "status-list.log" file name instead of "build-status".
