Add power-profiles-daemon integration to switch to perf mode
This makes kdesrc-build switch to performance mode if PPD is installed, supports performance mode, and is currently on balanced mode. After the build is done, it switches back to what it was before. Here's how it looks:
There is no effect in all other cases.
