kdesrc-build --initial-setup had a good list of deb packages to install for KDE neon.
From now on, there is just one list of deb packages to install for all Linux distributions based on Debian. If they support "os-release" https://0pointer.de/blog/projects/os-release.
For all Debian based distributions, if one deb is missing, the rest will be installed.Edited by Marius Pa
