Update list of required packages for Fedora

It has been somewhat of a pain building KDE on recent Fedora versions due to lot of missing packages that are not installed by kdesrc-build on initial setup and aren't straight forward to find.

This adds the list of packages required to successfully do a kdesrc-build frameworks on F37. Most of these packages should be the same on recent prior versions of Fedora.

Not sure if any of the adds should be wrapped in pkgconfig(...).
