Util run_logged_command log command line when entering sub

Marius Pa requested to merge nmariusp/kdesrc-build:work/nmariusp/run_logged_command into master 
When running the command line
"kdesrc-build extra-cmake-modules --run-tests --debug"
the command lines below were not logged:
"Module sysadmin-repo-metadata, Command: git checkout master
Module extra-cmake-modules, Command: git checkout kf5
Module extra-cmake-modules, Command: gmake test"
