Sort unexpandedModuleSets before expanding them

Andrew Shark requested to merge ashark/kdesrc-build:sort_unexpandedModuleSets into master

This is just for reproducibility while debugging. It will keep the order or ModuleSets to expand the same for each run. Otherwise, it is random.
