Speed up scrolling in ListViews

"Delegatus speedus" is an ancient technique of copy&pasting "reuseItems: true" in every ListView you can find. Even though it does jackshit in ListViews that have a delegate count less than 50, its speeding effects can be clearly observed in the "List View" gallery with the delegate count of 200.
