Refactor dialog page

Carl Schwan requested to merge work/carl/refactor-dialog-pages into kf6
  • Use QFormLayout as much as possible
  • Use source and destination instead and first and second for variable names
  • Rename the pages to not be "Here you can configure ..."
  • Remove insults and mention that KDE developers send patch manually
