Port away from deprecated KUrlRequester::setFilter
Plasma currently though has a bug when it comes to filters without name, see bug 470893.
While there is work to fix that, in general it might be also an idea to add some name, or even use MIME type filters?
Anyway, focus on using the non-deprecated API here, to not leave people alone with what I added :)
