Add git-sha1 to the Krita's nightly packages on Windows

It has been requested by the users on KA: https://krita-artists.org/t/removing-the-version-number-from-tab-name-in-krita-plus/10335

I have tested the code in a manually crafted .cmd file, so theoretically it should work :)
