Add libxml2 for Itinerary

With Fair Mail there now is an Android email client giving us access to full raw emails (although in a somewhat cumbersome way still), so we can do full email extraction on Android too finally. That needs libxml2 for processing HTML though.

This depends on ci-tooling!105 (merged) and a subsequent rebuild of the Android SDK docker image.
