Continue F-Droid repo generation on meta data errors

This prevents us getting stuck in an unrecoverable error state. Binary factory seems to be affected by this at the moment.

Just like with the previous fixes, I have no idea how we got there, but I can reproduce after adding extra keys to the YAML file here. What I don't understand is why things blow up worse and worse after a few successful builds after every attempt to fix things...
