Add MSIX build for Krita Nightly for testing

This uses the script added in graphics/krita@e7e6cf58 to build an MSIX package. This adds about 165 MiB of a build artifact per build.

I've only tested the script. I think the new pipeline stage should work, but I can't test it myself.

After this is proven to work with the Nightly build, the next steps will be to apply this to the Krita Stable and Krita Release builds. The goal is to have the release build job produce MSIX packages for submission to the Microsoft Store, so that it no longer has to be packaged manually.
