Use StaticWeb node to deploy apps-k-o

I'm not 100% sure this will do what I intend to do, but I guess you know what I want to achieve here.

So please tell me what is the correct change to make if this is wrong, otherwise please review this.

ci-images!13 (merged) needs to be merged before this can be (if what I do here is the correct thing to do).
