Ensure the nightly version of NeoChat uses the master branch of kirigami-addons

The nightly version of NeoChat already depends on the master branch version of kirigami-addons, so update the configuration to ensure we actually using the master branch version of kirigami-addons when building nightly version of NeoChat.
