Explicitly update fastlane

Volker Krause requested to merge work/vkrause/fastlane-update into master

Due to persistent state on the signing system our version is stuck way behind the latest release apparently, and that version seems incompatible with the current Google Play store API. So our APK upload attempts all fail.
